1. What payment methods are there?
At Nozzlehouse you can choose from various safe and reliable payment methods:

  • iDEAL : Suitable for customers with a Dutch bank account.
  • Credit card : We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
  • PayPal : Pay quickly and securely with your PayPal account.
  • Bank transfer : Transfer directly from your bank account.

  • Google Pay : For fast payments with your Android device.

2. How can I pay the remaining amount?
If you have paid for part of your order with a gift voucher or discount code and there is still some remaining amount left, you can pay the remaining amount with one of the payment methods mentioned above. During the checkout process you can choose which method you want to use to pay the remaining amount.

3. I have a discount code, how can I redeem it?
Redeeming a discount code is simple:

  • Add the desired products to your shopping cart.
  • Go to the shopping cart and click on "Checkout".
  • Enter the discount code in the "Discount code" field and click "Apply".
  • The discount amount will be automatically deducted from the total amount of your order.

4. How can I redeem a gift voucher?
You can redeem your gift card during the checkout process:

  • Enter the gift voucher code in the "Gift voucher" field and click "Apply".

Delivery & Delivery times

1. What is the delivery time for my order?
The delivery time of your order depends on the product and destination. In general:

  • Within the Netherlands : 1-3 working days.
  • Within Europe : 3-7 working days.
  • Outside Europe : 7-14 working days.

You will receive a confirmation email with estimated delivery time once your order has been shipped.

2. When can I make an appointment for delivery?
You can make a delivery appointment for certain products or orders. Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email or SMS with instructions to choose a suitable delivery date and time.

3. Can I pick up my order?
Yes, it is possible to collect your order from our warehouse or a collection point. During the checkout process, choose the "Collection" option and select your desired location. You will receive a message as soon as your order is ready for collection.

4. In which countries can my order be delivered?
Nozzlehouse delivers to most countries worldwide. During the checkout process you can enter the delivery address to see if delivery to your location is available and the estimated delivery time.

5. How will my order be delivered?
We work together with reliable courier services such as PostNL, DHL, and UPS to deliver your order quickly and safely. The courier service you choose depends on the destination and size of your order.

6. Can I change the delivery date?
Yes, you can change the delivery date by contacting our customer service team once you have received your shipping confirmation. Please note that changes to the delivery date may affect the delivery time.

7. I cannot be present at the delivery myself. What now?
If you cannot be present at the delivery, there are several options:

  • Delivery to the neighbors : The delivery person can deliver your package to the neighbors.
  • Collection point : Your order can be taken to a nearby collection point.
  • New delivery attempt : The courier service will make a new attempt to deliver the package. You will receive a card in your mailbox or an email/SMS with further instructions.

8. Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes, you can enter an alternative delivery address during the checkout process. This can be useful if you want to have your order delivered to your work or to a friend or family member.

Returns

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for further instructions.

3. Within what period will I receive my money back after a return shipment?
